The two forms attached below are required for the trip. Please do what you can to have them completed (including the notarization of the medical release form) by the meeting on Thursday. Pickup at New Market BBQ March 14th between 10-12 AM. If you are a community member interested in purchasing a Boston butt, please email Coach Reese at [email protected] - Thanks. -------------------------------------------------------- NYC Travelers: Hey guys. We have been planning a Boston butt fundraiser since the beginning of the school year. Unfortunately our cook backed out week ago. Luckily the folks at Ole Hickory BBQ are stepping in and saving the day. This fundraiser begins now. We are selling 8 to 10 pound Boston butts for $35 apiece. You each will get $15 profit off of each one that you sell. The next few things are very important: A) ALL ORDERS ARE DUE TO COACH DUNN BY THURSDAY MARCH 5th. That's a little shy of two weeks away! B) Pickup will be between 10:00-12:00 AM on MARCH 14th. You must pickup your own orders or arrange for someone to do so. One of our kind parent chaperones will be there that day (I will be at a golf tournament) and I do not want to find out that someone was late picking up their order or never showed. Please be responsible. C) Money is due to Coach Dunn by March 6th. He will give you more details at our next meeting. All checks need to be in blue or black ink with phone numbers including area code and made out to BHS. (We prefer checks, FYI) I may have forgotten something. Let me know if you have any questions!
