"...With the automatic payment plan they must set up a Debit card or account number. That being said they can also make payments on a credit card if they would like to at any point.
If at any point they switch to the automatic plan for the last payment (even if it is for $10) the $50 will be refunded to their account. What I would recommend for folks who would like to pay with a credit card is they enroll in the manual and switch to the automatic for a final payment to get the $50."

From our rep: "What they could do is call in and ask the automatic payment to be pushed to the following month and make a manual credit payment at the same time."
